The Conquistador Marching Band

The Conquistador Marching Band is one of the most accomplished, most awarded, and most artistic marching bands of their size in the state of California. We have placed in the top 12 bands in our division and qualified for SCSBOA Championships for the last seven years in a row and have been Championships medalists four of those seven.

What is Band Camp?​

Band Camp is both our pre-season training and our audition process. It's how we determine who is ready for competitive marching band and how we make students ready for competitive marching band.

Students will grow as musicians, as marching music athletes, as leaders, and as members of an organization that depends on their individual success, commitment, and determination.

Band Camp Schedule

July 31 - August 4       9am-6pm    Band Camp, all marching band performers
August 7-11                   9am-6pm    Band Camp, all marching band performers
August 11                        6pm               Parent meeting and performance

After School Rehearsal Schedule

After school Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 4:00 - 6:30
Three Saturday Rehearsals as announced. Check the calendar.

Requirements

1. Students must sign up for Band Camp by June 1st.
2. Students must participate in Band Camp.
3. Performers must be enrolled in the correct class. We will check this in band camp and fix any problems.
4. Performers must participate in all rehearsals and all performances. A commitment form will be signed by the students and parents/guardians when rolls are awarded in Band Camp.
